Cha Cha Tang is a Chinese restaurant by Wilson Tang and John McDonald.  The kitchen is led by Chef Doron Wong and Akiko Thurnauer and offers a playful rendition of a classic Hong Kong diner, “cha chaan teng” which translates to “tea restaurant.” The menu features a variety of dim sum, noodles and rice, along with chef specialities. We offer Cantonese Roasted Duck on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
