Welcome to Cha Cha Tang, where Hong Kong's culture meets New York sophistication. Founded by Wilson Tang (of Nom Wah) and John McDonald, and helmed by Chef Doron Wong, our West Village spot reimagines Cantonese classics with a modern twist along with a wine-lovers wine list.

Our signature Cantonese Roasted Duck, marinated in five-spice, licorice root, and ginger, then glazed with red vinegar, has been hailed as one of NYC's best.

Join us for dishes like bacon-and-egg pearl noodles, OG egg rolls, soup dumplings and taro-stuffed Hong Kong French toast. Whether you're here for dinner or weekend dim sum brunch, Cha Cha Tang offers a nostalgic yet contemporary dining experience.

Weekend Brunch

We offer a Saturday and Sunday brunch menu featuring a variety of dim sum along with chef specials such as Bao Benedict with Pork Belly or Sauteed Spinach, a BEC Sando, Hong Kong French Toast and more. Join us every Sunday for our Duck Roast featuring our signature Whole Roasted Duck for $88, along with the option for individual duck served over long life noodle or fried rice for $33. Add some soup dumplings, dim sum and wine specials and make your Sunday one to remember

PRIVATE DINING

Elegantly set private dining table with chairs in a dimly lit room, featuring candlelight, glassware, and red tablecloths. Striped walls, mirror, and blinds decorate the background.

Private options include our private dining room (32 seated, 40 standing capacity) or full buyout of the restaurant (80 seated, 120 standing) Semi-private dining available in our main dining room (10 max) and mezzanine (14 max). MSH has other options as well with a varity of rooms at Bowery Meat Company, Lure Fishbar, Smyth Tavern, Galerie Bar and Bar Mercer.
